The Leviathan is a moderately tanky boss with stress-stacking capabilities, high action economy, and the ability to ignore Dodge and Stealth tokens with most of its abilities. The Lair of this region is The Sacred Pier, home to The Leviathan. With this in mind, you'll need to take care when using Heroes that are particularly vulnerable to being moved, such as the mighty Leper. As a rule, the Fisherfolk faction have low to middling resistance across the board and focus on abilities that move your heroes out of position. Fisherfolkįisherfolk are warped humanoid enemies with barnacle-like growths and fishy features.

The dominant enemy faction in this zone is Fisherfolk. You'll find destroyed piers, barnacles, and sand as you drive through it. One of these regions, The Shroud, is coastal-themed. Given that the Riposte does insignificant damage relative to the increased threat posed by the buffed Sow the Seeds, it's often wise to prioritize killing that Farmhand before he can leave your character stressed and with an extended blight. In Darkest Dungeon 2, players will receive a choice between two of the five traversable regions at each inn. Watch out for Farmhands when a Foreman is on the battlefield his Stir the Rabble, which he uses automatically at the beginning of every turn without using his action, gives a single Farmhand a weak Riposte, along with a buff for extra SPD, Blight Chance, and Blight Duration, making the blight from Sow the Seeds last two extra turns. If Farmhands end up focusing a particular party member, it can add up to some serious health and stress damage very quickly. The Farmhand's most worrying skill is Sow The Seeds, which causes stress and decent blight to a selected party member.

Powerful AoE abilities like the Shieldbreaker's Impale can defeat an entire group of them at once. Notably, it does not have any biases towards stressed targets with Sow the Seeds, unlike many other enemies with stress-dealing attacks.įarmhands are very weak enemies on their own, with low health, resistances, and no protection. They are somewhat more likely (2x/3x/4x) to target marked targets with Ceaseless Labor if they are present. They will use the skill Pause From Labor only when at below 50% (or 60% on Endless) health. Farmhands can only use Sow the Seeds and Ceaseless Labor by default, with a slight bias toward Ceaseless Labor.
