This General is easily a premium option and should be developed if you can get additional fragments for Ascension or as an Assistant if this is unlikely to happen for you. On top of all this, Sun Ce can also be used as a Mounted Wall Defense General. This can make him a great Assistant or Main General. As such, Sun Ce is pretty awesome even without a huge amount of development. His Special Skill, Young Conqueror, alone adds a massive 35% to Mounted Troop attack, and even better, he can take a Mounted Attack Skill Book on top of this. Sun Ce makes a great choice for any players active in Mounted PvP or as a rally leader for Monster Hunting.
